WHAT DOES THIS COLLABORATION OFFER?

With Reiki Raw:

Providing relaxation and energy flow. When you are able to fill with nourishment, awareness can build as space is given for your whole self to breathe along with your physical body to sink into finding ease. 

As you complete your Reiki session there might be areas of new awareness or places in your body that hold memories or patterns you'd like to explore or process. This is where &AWH can support. 

With &AWH:

Providing space holding that witnesses, explores, and celebrates your whole self and supports the alignment and evolution of your inner wisdom to anchor your authentic self presently in the body. Being human is messy and Aubree is here to engage with you in the nuance of life.

 

&AWH sessions can be supportive in the following:

Processing -witnessing and using curiosity to expand what we know and highlight areas that are hiding. Working with specific tools and techniques to decompress, transmute, or enliven understandings. 

Exploring- turning towards and engaging with all facets of your being, working with intention and inner wisdom. Using the skills of observing, acknowledging, and allowing.

Integrating- aligning you with your inner wisdom and vastness. Letting learnings be the nourishment for growth and evolution. Intentionalizing this human experience by embodying your authentic self, finding tools to add to your daily life that supports your learning and healing. 

HOW DOES THIS COLLABORATION WORK?

Reiki Raw is the primary practice, where clients come in for 1 hour Reiki sessions. &AWH is a optional service to support processing, exploring, and integrating the learnings of your Reiki session. 

Sometimes things come up in session that feel good to go deeper into. These explorations can be held in a transformative energy work space and could follow your Reiki session either later that day or week. There is no specific time on when an &AWH session "should" take place but we do recommend having it be close to the time of your last Reiki session.

 

Reiki Raw and &AWH came together to support the growing and evolving awareness that blooms from going inward and build foundations for leaning into techniques that aid in sustainable healing. Sustainable healing to us means using what you've learned + gained in session and seeing where it can transfer into your daily life, honoring your intentions and supporting your goals. 

HOW WOULD I KNOW IF AN &AWH SESSION IS FOR ME?

Aubree supports and encourages questioning & tuning into your inner compass/inner wisdom to direct your next step. You are the one who knows what's best for you!

 

Some guide posts:

  • If you ask yourself "am I ready to go deeper and see what's here?" and you feel open to allow someone to hold space for you to explore those deeper pieces, then an &AWH session could be an option for you.

  • If you have interest in exploring ways to come back into the body and seek what questions to ask yourself during the current transition you are in, then a session with &AWH could be an option for you.

  • If you are feeling overwhelmed at what is coming up for you and are ready for support to ground and or build capacity to hold what's present, then a session with &AWH could be an option for you.

 

These sessions are what ever you make them! Its a journey of self-exploration and this can vary from person to person as we all are unique expressions of magic. 

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST COLLABORATIVE SESSION?

You will start with a Reiki session. If it is your first time experiencing Reiki, Jen will give an explanation to both the practice and how the session will flow. They will take time to review any concerns, questions, or boundaries you may have. 

 

With the Reiki session completed, the second step is an &AWH session with Aubree. If you purchased a package deal or contacted Aubree separately, you will schedule a day and time to meet with them. They hold session either via zoom or at the West Side Healing Arts Center in the same room as Jennifer. Aubree first starts with explaining the way they hold session, get a sense of your intentions, and inquire about what you want to explore. Next, they will review any concerns, questions, or boundaries you may have. Session can either be laying down or sitting, whatever will be most comfortable to you as you go through a meditative process using Transformative Energy Work techniques. 

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR A COLLABORATIVE SESSION?

No preparation needed, but if you do have questions before going into a session or are confused at how things work in this collaboration, we encourage and invite any & all curiosities to come forward! We want to make sure we come into conversation to make your experience easeful. 

Suggestions:

  • Hydrate with fluids. Flushing your system with water and or hydrating can add to wellness and care. 

  • Bring a snack if you know you will get hungry after a 2 hour session. Our bodies are all different, sometimes people like to pause eating and others need to eat to ground. Do what is best for you!

  • Think about after care. What could hold you and nourish your wellness after a session? Some clients have shared that going for a walk, siting at a park, finding connection to the elements, napping, or journaling have been some supportive after care. 

WHAT DOES THE CONTINUING JOURNEY LOOK LIKE?

Experiences vary from person to person and session to session as life can present us with a range of experiences and emotions at any time. We will continuously review what the goals and intentions are along the way to meet your needs. 

DO I PAY SEPERATLY FOR SERVICES AND WHAT ABOUT TIPPING?

Our services are offered in either package deals or individual session payments. Tipping is up to you! If you have a session with both Reiki Raw and &AWH we accept tips together and will split them equally. Do what you feel comfortable doing, tipping is a personal preference.
